4 Day Fly in Safari trip to Kidepo Valley National Park: Detailed Itinerary

 Day 1: Fly from Entebbe to Kidepo Valley National Park 

Having had breakfast and lunch at your hotel you will be picked by our driver to transfer you to the airport to catch your flight to kidepo valley national park which is one hour flight. As you land in the park you will have views of the wildlife in this destination, the magnificent aerial views of the unspoiled wilderness. You will be welcomed and checked into the lodge have some refreshments and relax in the comforts of the lodge while enjoying the magnificent wilderness that lies before you.

Day 2: Morning Game Drive in Kidepo Valley National Park

Grab a warm cup of tea to head early for the game drive into the southern part of the park known to be greener and covered with savannah grasslands thus attractive to the predators .you observe a wide range of animals inclusive of which are the Buffaloes, Zebras, Giraffes, Elephants, Antelopes, Lions, and many others. After some good hours of the drive head back for breakfast and relaxation, then lunch, there after you will go to explore other attractions in the park like the rugged landscape, visit the hot springs and see plenty of many other wildlife. The Cheetah is often sighted in this part of the park. Drive back to the lodge in the evening for your dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Hike Mountain Morungole & explore the culture 

Have breakfast and set out for a full day hike to Mt Morungole (2700m) that is situated in the northern side of the park nearby the South Sudan boarder. The mountains are inhabited by a small population of the local people that have distinct cultural performances, have a view of the marvelous sights across the Karamoja plains and observe some nature. Head back to the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Flight to Entebbe for Departure 

Be early to rise so as be served your morning meal, head for morning nature walk into the park where you will have exposure to various wildlife such as Zebras, Giraffes and Antelopes. Return for lunch and be on your flight back to Entebbe international airport.
